Growing up in a Navy family and later marrying her husband Dennis, a Navy veteran, Bev has a deep appreciation for the sacrifices of military families. Helping veterans and active-duty members achieve homeownership is not just part of her business—it’s a mission close to her heart.

Before transitioning into real estate, Bev worked as a Technical Analyst and Trainer, where she developed a keen eye for detail and a gift for teaching complex systems—skills that now benefit her real estate clients. Her certifications include e-PRO (2016), GRI (2017), and At Home With Diversity (2020), demonstrating her commitment to staying ahead of industry trends and ensuring equitable, tech-savvy, and inclusive service.
